John Lloyd, Senior Pastor
John accepted the Lord as his personal savior in the year 1976 and has pursued a life of ministry ever since. He was born in Syracuse, NY and grew up in Massachusetts. He has served extensively in taking students and adults to the mission field. After traveling to over forty countries such as Russia, Mexico, China, and India, he served as Associate Pastor at Northside Baptist Church in St. Petersburg, Florida. Following God's lead, John answered the call to go to Mountain Range Church in Fort Collins, Colorado. John and Anne were married in 1980 and are the parents of twins, Thomas and Heather. Heather is married to Matthias Giezendanner.  They are thrilled to serve the Lord at Christ Community Church. It has brought both of them home to their families and friends.

Before becoming a pastor, John received his Bachelors of Theology from Bethany Bible College in 1987. He continued in school and accomplished his Masters of Arts in Religion from Liberty Seminary with additional graduate work at Southeastern Seminary. He is now in the process of pursuing his Doctor of Ministry at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. In the little spare time that John has he enjoys golf, (and more golf), softball, basketball, and skiing.

Derek Jones, Youth Pastor
Derek accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior on May 17, 1999. He has spent most of his life in Colorado and his parents and older and younger brothers still live there. Derek graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has felt a calling to serve God full-time. While attending school he served as a youth pastor for three years and also had the opportunity to lead a high school and college ministry called Uplink

Derek is pursuing a Master of Divinity Degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Derek married Firdaus on August 11, 2007.  He has a heart for students and a desire to equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to impact the world for Christ. In his spare time he enjoys golf, basketball, softball, and coaching

Dwight Landers, Children's Pastor
Dwight accepted the Lord at the age of five in Butler, New Jersey. He was born in Kansas City Missouri and lived in New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts as his Dad and Mom served the Lord in the ministry. He attended both Eastern Nazarene College in Wollaston, Massachusetts and Bethany Bible College in Sussex, New Brunswick Canada

Dwight married the Love of his life, Debbie, in 1976 and they have three amazing children Dwight Jr., Nathan and Meredith.  Dwight is married to Jihui.

After owning and operating a Christian Nursery school and day care center, Dwight and the family moved to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia Canada in 1998, where he worked as an adolescent and family counselor in the Nova Scotia young offenders department and with Family Life Services as a domestic violence counselor.  Dwight became an associate youth pastor at Yarmouth Wesleyan Church and the Youth Pastor and worship leader at their sister church of Digby Wesleyan.   Later he accepted the full time position of children’s pastor of Yarmouth Wesleyan Church.

In 2006, the move back to Massachusetts was made for family purposes, but God had more in mind.  Dwight and the family were led to Christ Community Church where immediately they knew they were home.

In 2007 he began serving in ministry at what he considers to be a remarkable team that shares a burning desire to see their community and world reach for the Lord Jesus Christ. It is genuinely an honor to be a part of God’s exciting plan. Dwight loves music, playing guitar, bass and trumpet as well as baseball, football, basketball and coaching when he has a minute.
