A place to equip God's people for works of service
As we daily strive to become “spiritually fit” we must continually try to develop all dimensions of ourselves – mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. These classes are being offered as an opportunity to focus on the responsibility we have for the physical stewardship of our bodies while also focusing on spiritual growth and enjoying encouraging fellowship with other women. The classes are designed to accommodate various fitness levels and are physically challenging, yet, easy to follow.
