Total Village Transformation! El Arco, Guatemala

Christ Community Church has adopted the village of El Arco in Guatemala. We are all working hard to give El Arco the Total Village Transformation. The Total Village Transformation includes building a working well, a church, a vocational school, and a feeding center for the village so they can become self-sufficient.

Many efforts to help villages and countries in need, although great, can often be temporary and don’t promote development, but dependency. The Total Village Transformation will allow El Arco to become independent and grow as a community.

A total village transformation costs $70,000: $15,000 for a well, $18,000 for a church, $22,000 for a vocational school, and $15,000 for the feeding center. So far, CCC has raised enough money to have a well put in and build a church!

The team that traveled to Guatemala in November worked extremely hard and completed a new church for El Arco!!

The team traveling in February is hoping to start building a vocational school! This school will allow young adults to learn valuable trades that they can take into the workplace and provide for their families.
